PENTHOUSE CONDOS:
Two penthouse condos, each including two levels with ocean frontage views and large balconies overlooking the Caribbean.

Penthouse #9 (sleeps 8): Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, a large ocean-view balcony with loungers, and a private bathroom. Lagoon-view bedroom 2 has a private bathroom, two double beds, and can sleep 4. Also in the unit are two floor pad mattresses, perfect for kids. The main living area downstairs has a leather sofa, love seat, and recliner. Also downstairs is a kitchen and a third bathroom.


Penthouse #10 (sleeps 8): Bedroom 1 has two new pillowtop twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, a large ocean-view balcony with hammock and lounger, and a private bathroom. Lagoon-view bedroom 2 has a private bathroom, two twin beds and a trundle bed which sleeps 2. The main living area downstairs has two fold down couches (sleeps 2 more), a kitchen, and a third bathroom.

ADDITIONAL UNITS MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR LARGE GROUPS:

Penthouse #4 (sleeps 8): Bedroom 1 has two new pillowtop twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed, a private bath room, and a large ocean-view balcony with hammock and lounger. Bedroom 2 has a lagoon view, a private bathroom, 2 twin beds and a trundle bed which sleeps 2. The main level has a kitchen, a third bathroom, and sofa sleeper to accommodate 2 more adults.

STUDIO UNITS:
Two adjoining studio units are one floor below the penthouse units, and can be rented separately or as one unit.

Studio #1 (sleeps 4): This condo has a huge lagoon-view balcony along with a small view of the ocean. Inside the unit is a queen bed and trundle bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom.

Studio #2 (sleeps 4): This unit adjoins Studio #1 and has a king-sized bed and double futon with a large ocean-view balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and private bathroom.

Guests at this beachfront condo can work up a sweat at our tennis court or soccer field and then cool off at one of our two sparkling pools with plenty of lounge chairs to work on your Caribbean tan. Our pools are located right on the Caribbean, not behind the building on the busy street. One pool is shallow enough for small children, while the other pool is deep enough for serious swimmers.

The La Iguana Restaurant is located next to the lower pool. It serves a full menu breakfast or lunch as well as snacks and drinks. Full service bar with service to you at the pool or even to you on the sandy beaches.
